Refund Policy
At MentorsHub, we aim to deliver high-quality learning and mentorship experiences. However, we understand that sometimes expectations may differ.
1. Courses
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been accessed.
- No refunds will be issued once the course has been substantially completed or downloaded.
2. Mentorship Sessions
- Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.
- Sessions may be rescheduled (subject to mentor availability) if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access your course or mentorship session due to technical issues on our side, we will either resolve the issue promptly or provide a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email info@mentorshubnetwork.com with your name, email, order ID, and reason for refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14-30 business days.
